About the Event
Read the Book "Kin: Rooted in Hope," by Carole Boston Weatherford, the 2025 One Maryland, One Book (OMOB) selection. Review, share short stories, and the history of Hosanna School Museum. "Kin" is a powerful portrait of a Black family tree shaped by enslavement and freedom, rendered in searing poems. Sponsored in part by the Sister-Friend Book Readers, Maryland Humanities, and hosted by Hosanna School Museum.
Free of charge, donations appreciated.
